We offer complete turn key services; providing

finishes from our qualified subcontractors. We also
offer machining on your material.

Machining -
Our CNC Mills are new and state of the art.
Designed for sizes up to 30" x 20" x 20", we
can accommodate larger sizes as well. We are
capable of holding tight tolerances, and
offer a consistent product.

Turning
-
Our CNC Lathes are also new state of the art
machines, we can turn parts 10" diameter and
20" in length, We can continuous feed bar
stock up to 2" diameter.

Inspection
- With our new, fully automatic Brown &
Sharpe Global Status CMM, we can accurately
measure your parts, ensuring the accuracy of
your parts again and again.

CAM -
Our Engineering staff is equipped with the
latest software for full 3D solid modeling.
We can program our CNC machines directly
from your solid model, or create a 3D model
for you.

Engineering Services
- We offer reverse engineering as well, if you have a part you need
reproduced, we can reverse engineer it and
create a full set of isometric drawings and
3D models.
